Education when applied inside a company with an agreement of both parties. For SDM to give education inside a company, the atmosphere needed should be provided by the Human Resources management. Blackboard, tv, radio, tape recorders, etc., and if needed extra technical equipment, an atmosphere outside the working atmosphere and noise should be provided.

After the placement test, groups are formed by keeping in mind how many people there are going to be, the consistency of the program, days and hours wanted after discussions between SDM and the company officials so as not to decrease the education efficiency. If one-to-one education is preferred, again the consistency of program, days and hours are upto the person and necessary adjustments are made.

The development and continuity reports that are taken after every lesson by our teachers are evaluated by SDM and are sent to the company officials before the 5th of every month.

Education Outside Company

After the placement test which the staff of the company takes, SDM makes up special groups for staff only from that company. Because it could affect the groups development, students outside the company will not be allowed to these groups.

These groups, in the modern working atmosphere of SDM, including the breaks will have the opportunity to get education in an atmosphere where English is continuously used. The consistency of the program, lesson days and hours are again determined by the company officials. If one-to-one education is preferred, the consistency of the program, lesson days and hours are up to the person himself/herself.

These are Business English education programs applied for business areas of companies. For these programs, education is provided with teachers who have proved themselves in such business areas.
